SpeakersBank Australia Inc provides quality training to the voluntary and education sector. Our next Speak Up! Speak Out! workshops for the voluntary sector are on the 27th August and 4th September, hosted by the School of Volunteer Management. Anyone may attend these workshops – see www.svm.net.au to follow the steps to the enrolment form.
We are also running an Effective Meetings workshop at the School of Volunteer Management on the 9th September.
The Youth Speaker of the Year competition is under way, with the first round of training workshops. The semi-finals will be held at Parramatta Town Hall on 26th August and Hornsby Council Chambers on 28th August. The final is at Burwood RSL on the 16th September. The winner will receive a trophy and cash prize of $350!
